REMOVAL OF
HOBBLE CLAMP TIE DOWN

Remove the hobble clamp, turnbuckle, and cable using the pole and rope to remove the cable in the reverse order installed. (Rope works well to prevent cable from falling on top of the man using the pole to guide the cable to the ground.)
